CEO-made emoticon

I was out of my office for a few days on business — doing my CEO First 100 Days introduction to an incoming CEO. When I returned to my office, I found this post-it note on my desk. Andy Polansky, CEO of Weber Shandwick, left it to let me know he stopped by. I had to share it. Especially the smiley face. Better than a emoticon. Better than an email. Great way to communicate from the top! Wonder why he chose the pink post it note instead of the yellow. Perhaps he remembers that I like pink, especially the pink we saw over and over again in Mexico City when we opened our office there and held an event.
