Social CEOs pages help boost reputation

Thought this was interesting because it relates to social CEOs, a favorite topic of mine and ours at Weber Shandwick. Recently read that some companies are maintaining two pages on Facebook, one for the business and one for a senior person such as a CEO or well-known thought leader or even employees. The CEO page apparently draws more attention than the typical business-oriented page because it is more thought-provoking, exciting, different, real, intriguing and genuine (my thoughts). SumAll, the analytics company that found this to be true, cited a UK software firm which has dual pages and compared the numbers over a one month period. I thought the stats below provide evidence that CEOs or other thought leaders or CXOs or employees possibly can exponentially enhance the reputation of their companies by extending their reach.  The number of likes are greater on the CEO page. A good metric for the day.
