The Big Divide

The gap between the top and bottom of organizations is readily apparent in a study by Boston Research Group and Dov Seidman, the author of How. According to the research (which I learned about in an article and can’t find online), 27% of those executives at the top believe that employees are inspired by their company. Only 4% of employees think the same. And 41% of those at the top believe that their employees are rewarded for ethical and values-based behavior in addition to rewards for financial performance. Only 14% of employees agree.  Hmmmmm
